About Karolyn Blume
Karolyn Vreeland Blume is a recovering attorney. After thirty-five
years of practicing law and mediation, she realized that all
conflict stems from how we see ourselves internally, and how we see
ourselves in the context of the larger world. Now she uses that
knowledge to help people discover that they can choose how they
want to live. She demonstrates how people have more choices in life
than they realize, and how to make the most of them.
She is the author of Eat the Elephant: Overcoming Overwhelm, where
she shares her time-tested strategies for identifying the sources
of overwhelm and managing the fallout that sabotages us every
day.
